1. Make a Decision:
Far too many people are stressed out because they fail to make decisions. “I’m not sure which gym to join. So I haven’t been working out.” “I’m so stressed out at work. I have so many decisions to make.”

Welcome decisions. Decisions will cause you to “act.” When you act upon a decision it moves you closer to your goals. Even a bad decision is better than not making a decision at all. At least you can learn from a bad decision so you don’t make it again. Decide what you want to achieve…then go for it.

2. Visualize:
One of the keys to success is to visualize where you’re going. Visualization is a prerequisite to success. You need to know where you’re going in order to follow through. By visualizing your goals, you’re able maintain focus so you keep moving in a positive direction without being distracted..

3. Take Action:
