SERIES
You can sign up on a series for one on one training sessions.
By signing up for a series you are given a reduced fee
for each training session. A series is a scheduled day
and time that we meet on a recurring basis. We require
a deposit equivalent to one training session to be held
in advance. If for any reason you fail to give a 24 hour
notice prior to your next training session or you fail
to show up you forfeit your retainer. A new retainer will
be necessary to resume training. You may cancel the series
at any time providing you give 48 hours notice. You may
use the deposit toward your final training session or
it can be reimbursed. Payment is to be made at the start
of each training session.

WORKSHOPS
Workshops consist of 4 weekly sessions that take place
in a classroom setting. You’ll learn how to take
control of your mind and body to help you achieve physical
excellence. The purpose of the workshops is to teach you
new methods that you can incorporate into your life so
they become habit. It’s important to understand
that you cannot achieve total body transformation in four
weeks, but to look at it as a foundation for ongoing improvement.
